Not a shared house but single room (furnished) to let in pretty cottage for short term. Situated in a little hideaway close to Branksome Railway station and buses. Great public transport. Own fridge and use of washing machine. Shared bathroom so must be clean and tidy. Lovely back garden. Rent includes all bills and Wifi. One other female lodgers besides myself . Parking available on the road. Not a party house but enjoy a glass of wine and chat. Deposit and references required. I don't facilitate home working.
