I have a lovely bright (sorry not the best pics), clean spacious double room to rent for a single person. Am renting out 1 other room and I will be living in the house too.

The bedroom is fully furnished and includes a newish small double bed and mattress, desk and chair, recliner arm. chair, 2 chest of drawers, a built in wardrobe, bedside table and lots of storage under the bed (ottoman style bed). I have my own ensuite so you will mainly be sharing the bathroom with one other. There is a second separate toilet downstairs.

All mod cons including a washing machine, microwave, gas cooker, a newish American style fridge freezer to share with the other lodger. You will have use of the garden and lounge which has lovely views over the garden. Internet in the house and free off street parking.

The house is about a 8 to 10 minute walk to Broadstone high street or village which has a Tesco express, M and S, Weatherspoon pub and other pubs, pharmacy, 2 GP surgeries, library, good restaurants, take aways, coffee shops and a gym etc. Bus stop in the village and near the house serving local areas. Broadstone recreation ground is near the house.

I am looking for a quiet living (most important) individual who is friendly, considerate as far as sharing goes and is easy to get on with. Someone who is drama free and is looking for long term accommodation (minimum 6 months). You need to be a professional working full time. Sorry, no students. It would suit someone who is clean living, is able to clean up after themselves and not leave dirty dishes lying around and is honest and reliable. Definitely a non smoker, non vapour and non drug taker. This is not allowed on the property or near the property. No night shift workers. No playing instruments. No burning insensce. No pets. No visitors or overnight guests. It is not a party house. Best to be clear from the start so that whoever moves in is the correct fit for the home. It is a happy home and a place I would like others to feel like it is home.

A bit about myself then. I am a young at heart 53 year old South African female. I work hard as a nurse and in my time off enjoy playing sport, tennis, going to the gym, the outdoors, walking, eating out and going to Church. I am a Christian. I am very quiet and clean living but also friendly and easy to get on with.
