I am a live in landlord with an extra 2 bedrooms for rent in Cerne Abbas. Bills are not included but broadband and council tax is included. Nice garden, parking in the close and whilst I am away on business (basically mon to Friday) the main drive can be used for parking. Fully furnished, bills are not included and a contribution will need to be arranged, communal kitchen, and sitting room and conservatory and outdoor seating. I have been away on business for a few months and the garden has become a little overun so if you are a gardener then I am happy to pay you to assist me in maintaining the garden. I have a spaniel, but I do not want anyone with pets. Open fire, big TV and BBQ space outside. I will be able to show people round at the start of June 2025.
