I am looking for a non smoker, someone who works normal 'office' 9-5 hours
Not shift workers please
This is a lovely room at the top of the house so is quite quiet.
There is a single bed in the room at the moment but I have a double that I can put in if that's what's preferred.
There is a double wardrobe, tall chest of drawers and bedside cabinets

The bathroom has a corner spa bath and hand shower above.
There is a large fully fitted kitchen with dining table, and with the usual mod cons inc: microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc.
I have a combi boiler so there is always hot water.

There is a large garden with outdoor seating and tables and a swimming pool.
The bungalow is situated about 3/4 a mile from Blackwater junction so easy access to Spur/Wessex way.
20 min walk from railway station and a 10 min walk to yellow bus stop. Or a Wilts & Dorset bus stop right outside the property.
All, gas, electric, water and council tax bills included.
I would need to see photo I. D. driving license and passport or and a recent DBS.
