Hi there,

We have a large 4 bed detached house and are looking to fill one of the spare rooms with a working professional. We are a young married couple.

We are situated in a good affluent neighbourhood, near the river, 1.5 miles to Christchurch high street, 1.5 miles to Bournemouth hospital.

The bedroom is newly decorated, brand new carpet and en suite. The room comes fully furnished, although we are also happy if you would want to bring your own furnishings. Currently there is a bed and sofa in the room, with a 36" flat screen TV, there is a working arial point in the room so we have connected it to free view.

The lounge is large, newly refurbished and has 3 sofas, 55in flat screen TV with Virgin Media package and broadband, gas fire with surround fireplace and GCH.

The kitchen is a large open plan area there is a dining table and 6 chairs, together with cooking area and all the usual appliances, cutlery and crockery.

We have a good sized back garden newly refurbished with a large patio. We also have a friendly cat who likes to sit on people’s laps and be stroked!
