A very friendly household with a small kitchen situated on the ground floor (downstairs) exclusively shared with only one other long term very quiet lodger and has all mod cons including your own fridge, washing machine and two small breakfast bars etc ...
We, Marty & Jo (landlords) live on the ground floor downstairs in completely separated accommodation and are always on hand :)
Ideally looking for someone to stay at least 6 months or more. Our previous lodger was here for 7 years! We are all easy going and extremely friendly to talk to with a brilliant sense of humour!
The local shop, fish & chip shop and bus stop are all at the end of the road. Christchurch town centre & High street is a couple minutes walk. Very close to beaches & shops.
Within easy reach to Bournemouth. Christchurch train station is just 2 roads away. Bournemouth station is a 7 minute train journey.
