AVAILABLE EARLY OCTOBER - please note this is not a long-term let and would suit someone who needs a place FOR ONE TO THREE MONTHS.

Family home, with a lounge and a kitchen/diner/lounge at rear of house. Decking and sunny garden to rear of property. Parking is available on the road. There is a friendly, family cat but no dogs. The house is situated in a quiet, residential area but ideally placed for shops, trains and buses. It’s a great location.

The bedroom available is downstairs and is a double with an en-suite, which is also accessed from the hallway. It is fully furnished and recently decorated.

WiFi is available and bills are included. The family will be away most of the time but there’s another lodger in the house, who is lovely.

The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, tall-boy, and drawer-unit/TV unit. A cleaner comes on a fortnightly basis, to clean the house.

The house is approximately 20 minutes walk from the town centre and 15 minutes from Dorset County Hospital. Dorchester South Station is approximately 10-15 minutes away. The bus station is approx 5 minutes away and Tesco is approx 7 minutes away.

Part-time, weekday only occupation would be considered at a reduced monthly rate.
