We are 10 minutes walk from Dorchester Town Centre and Brewery Square and have plenty of parking in our road.
Our home is light, bright and spacious and enjoys a 200ft private garden and very spacious open plan kitchen diner.
We have a family lounge and snug lounge on the ground floor along with a WC.
1st floor has 3 double bedrooms, main bathroom and separate WC.
2nd floor has 3 double bedrooms and a single bedroom.
We live in our home as a family but we all work and live independently in the evenings and weekends.
You will need to love dogs as we have 4 but all very friendly!
We have a beautiful private garden, 200ft long with several koi ponds, chickens and a large decking and patio area to sit out and enjoy.
Both rooms are doubles and available from 1st April 2020.
Both rooms have double beds if required, one has a large wardrobe too.
We are looking for a young professional person who must be a non smoker, friendly, love dogs and children as we do have our grandchildren stay with us on occasions. (Also, very well behaved) :)
