Recently renovated house with new heating and plumbing, bathroom with good shower over the bath.

Owners have an ensuite so you get the 'family' bathroom for almost sole use.

Off road parking space. Owners are shift workers with a sausage dog and 2 friendly cats, 4 chickens. Dog stays downstairs. Older child away at uni, and comes back some holidays.

We would like to share our home with a young trainee professional. We are a normal family household, not noisy, but busy. Lots of coming and going, clean but not immaculate, we feel we are easy going and current lodger recommends.

Rent includes communal stuff like washing up liquid, washing powder, cleaning stuff, bin bags, toilet rolls etc

We have a cleaner every 2 weeks so there is no significant housework to help with but occasionally we all take turns to do something if it needs it! Like the bis and recycling etc

Walk to the centre of Dorchester in 20 mins for cocktails and bars etc, tesco is about 5 min in the car.

Stunning woodlands for walks, biking and running, easy reach of the coast, about 15 mins to the sea.
