Double room with ensuite in Ferndown

We are looking for a professional person to rent a room in our property with ensuite, including shower facility.

You will have access to all the usual household amenities including WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooking facilities etc.

We have off road parking and a large garden with a workshop space and some home gym equipment in an outbuilding.

There is also TV and set top recorder in the room should you prefer to watch TV in your own room. The room is furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, lamps, wash basket and bedside tables. We have just fitted a brand new en suite bathroom in there.

We are a friendly and welcoming professional couple with a little, cute dog (not yappy and doesn't malt) and live in a nice property located in an exclusive and quiet residential area of Ferndown.

We are ideally located for travelling by car to Poole, Bournemouth, Wimborne, Christchurch and Ringwood. Also with very easy access to the A31 and M27. If you don't drive we are within easy walking distance of local bus stops and supermarkets, gym and town are all within reasonable walking distance.
