General:
* Central Highcliffe, walking distance to the village
* Open plan kitchen and lounge – this is a consideration as not be ideal for keen cooks
* I work from home often
* I have 2 Jack Russel dogs and 1 cat
* Use of washing machine/dishwasher included
* Use of tumble dryer chargeable
*This is a room rental not a full house rental, amenities are usable however

Applicants:
* Please apply by email with an overview of your circumstances and reasons for consideration
* Will be expected to keep the bedroom clean and tidy EG: vacuumed regularly
* Will be expected to clean bathroom regularly
* Would suite professional person requiring a private space to retreat to
