The flat is set in a quiet surroundings on a private development with lovely out look.

Flat is situated in the quite area of highcliffe.

Working Professional person only or student studying. Female prefered, as at weekends my children come over during the day time every other weekends or on occasions.

I am not at the flat alot so Tennant will have the flat 80% time to themselves.

No smoking inside the flat.
Room to be kept clean and tidy.
Tenant must be trustworthy and references available.
4 minute walk to local nature reserve and lake. Hinton Rail station 10-15 minute walk.
Local bus service, sainsburys around 15min walk. There is a local spa at the end of the rd for quick convenience.
