Furnished with lovely double comfy bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk with chair and smart tv and unit with kettle cups etc on and microwave.
There is a separate lounge with 2 seater sofa and 24 inch tv.
Although there is a fully fitted kitchen I have made the room self contained for the time being. We would discuss/arrange times to use kitchen if needed and washing machine too. There is a fridge/freezer in the lodgers lounge
Large garden with swimming pool.
The bathroom would be shared with myself only. It has a bath with shower over.
The bungalow is situated 2 miles out of Christchurch, not far from Blackwater junction so easy access to Spur Road, Wessex Way and Bournemouth Airport.
There is a local Beauty spot round the corner called St Catherines Hill, with lots of lovely paths to walk.
References from landlord and work will be needed.
A deposit of £250 and one month rent in advance needed
