Lovely room to rent in sunny Langton

We have a lovely double room to rent in our house in Langton Matravers, just outside Swanage. The house has been renovated to a high standard and the bathroom has a roll top bath and separate huge shower. Access to kitchen with dishwasher (life is too short to have to wash up by hand!) and washing machine/tumble dryer in a separate utility room.

There are TV's in the kitchen, living room and bedroom with access to sky downstairs with all the movies and HD channels. Super fast fibre optic broadband and all bills are included in the rent. There is a garden and parking on the road outside the house, and we have an office and locked shed with room for a bicycle.

I’m currently away studying so you will be sharing with my husband and our other lodger, Tara (hence why a female lodger would be preferable). We have a cat who is basically like our child, so you must love cats and be happy to keep her company if we are away. She is super friendly and will want to be friends with you and sleep on your bed!

The bedroom shares the main bathroom with Tara, and my husband has an ensuite upstairs. I will be back some weekends and over school holidays, but we are all easy going and have lived with other people for years so are used to sharing our house.
