I have two rooms to rent in the apartment, sharing the bathroom.
One is a large double with a regular double bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables & chest of drawers. This one is available for £700 a month bills included.
The smaller room is a small double room with a small double bed, single wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. This is available for £650 a month bills included.

The flat itself is recently fully refurbished with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one is an ensuite off the main bedroom), kitchen, living/dining room and lovely balcony. It has had new bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, doors, decoration and furniture throughout. It is situated on the first floor. The complex is quiet and safe with lovely (older) neighbours and nice grounds.

There is plenty of free, on street parking, garage storage for a bicycle (and other sports equipment by arrangement), 2 mins walk to the bus stop, 10 mins walk to Parkstone Station or Ashley Cross Green or a 15 minute cycle to Sandbanks Beach.

I am looking to share my apartment with a couple of like minded, respectful, relatively tidy and considerate girls looking for a quiet and safe environment but also happy to go out and have a few drinks.
