Furnishing: Wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers, chair, bedside table. Double glazed windows. Table with extending flaps if more space is required. Vacuum and laundry rack in cupboard.

Kitchenette: Fridge with small freezer space, Microwave, 2 X electric hobs, sink with mixer tap and draining board, kettle, toaster. Small top loading washing machine. Some cutlery, pots and pans, cooking utensils and crockery provided.

Bathroom: toilet, sink, bath with shower.

TV aerial plug in bedroom and property does have a TV licence should you wish to bring a television.

Approximately a 10 minute drive to Sherborne, and 20 minutes to Dorchester and Yeovil. One pub in the village but all other amenities are in Sherborne (with limited public transport). Property not suitable if you don't drive and have a car.
