The room is offered on a fully furnished basis and provides a microwave, toaster, a small fridge and kettle. Crockery, cutlery and linen can be provided if required. The lodger may also, with prior agreement, bring additional cooking facilities provided certain safety criteria is met and complied with. Wifi included. The lodger will be expected to maintain the cleanliness of the room, en-suite and contents.

This is NOT a house share. There is no access to a kitchen or any other rooms in the property. Lodgers are expected to be respectful of the property and the other occupants at all times.

The property is well located close to Tesco Express, launderette, post office, various fast food outlets, a public house, nearby bus stops and only a short walk to the beach and into the town centre.
