Bedroom is 10ft x 9ft. So is a small double bedroom. Furnished with double (3/4 bed), wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving unit, full length mirror.
House on quiet cul de sac with plenty of free street parking.
Bus stops are 5 minutes walk and Parkstone train station is a 10-15 minute walk.
We have a garage, so there would be room for a bike./surfboard.
Front and back garden, with large patio, garden furniture, BBQ, etc.
Bedroom at back of house overlooking back garden.
Detached property.
House owned by myself and husband Greg. We are both Vegan, as is our other lodger (friend) Siaorse
WE WOULD ONLY LIVE WITH A VEGETARIAN OR A VEGAN.
WE ALL CLEAN THE HOUSE, AND KEEP THINGS TIDY
The house itself is a good size. With a large, kitchen, diner, sofa area. Also a separate lounge. The house is communal and we love it when everyone hangs out and cooks together - also most welcome to use lounge with large TV and Virgin channels.
We are a social house, and (under normal circumstances) have at least monthly gathering of friends coming round for food and other friends coming over too.
Also a very positive, conscious, happy and healthy home.
We have a dog called Bella (old thyme bulldog) and a cat called Sunny - they are both family. Having an animal lover living with us would be fantastic.

We have an upstairs bathroom with shower and also a downstairs toilet and sink.
