Large / spacious and very well maintained flat on Ashley Road. This is close to both Ashley Cross and Westbourne which are well know for their great socialising amenities, with many well-respected bars and restaurants. The bathroom is compact but has everything needed including a bath with shower over, toilet, large basin and cupboard space for storing toiletries.

The flat is on the main bus route between Bournemouth and Poole. Branksome train station is just a few minutes walk up the road. There is plenty of free parking in the local side streets although Ashley Road parking is restricted.

This would suit a professional tenant that wants to live in a lovely, clean and tidy home with friendly flatmates. The existing occupant is sociable, but professional and committed.

The room is £435 per calendar month. This includes Council Tax but the rest of the bills (wifi etc) are shared between the 2 occupants. Rent is payable in advance on a monthly basis, on the 1st of every month. The deposit is 1 months payment which is taken to secure the room. This will be held with the Deposit Protection Scheme throughout the tenancy.

If the room is taken from any other time during the month (i. e. not the 1st), a part-month payment is payable from the date of moving in until the end of the month, and then all future monthly payments are made in full on the 1st of every month going forward.
