I have one single bedroom to rent. I’m asking for £400 a month. The bathroom has a excellent shower toilet and bath which will be shared with two tenants only, all on the first floor. On the ground floor is The kitchen diner which is fairly large with plenty of spare cupboard fridge and freezer space this will be shared between tenants and myself. You will be able to get access to front and rear gardens. All rooms have locks and keys. The house is fitted with virgin broadband fast enough to stream movies. £200 will need to be paid in advance as a deposit. Also the monthly rent will need to be paid in advance. I will require a photo copy of either your driving license or passport for security and a reference from your work. I’m ideally looking for professionals for long term rent.
