Single room with built in cupboards and use of large family bathroom. We have 1 french bulldog so pet friendly is a must. Use of all facilities including washing machine and tumble dryer. WiFi included as well as virgin TV in living room. We would like someone who is sociable but also enjoys their own time and space. We have a hot tub which we put up in the summer and welcome the tenant to enjoy bbqs etc with us. We are a friendly couple who enjoy a drink or two on the weekends.
