Room for rent

The room is a decent size and has nice furniture. Combi wardrobe (not in picture), chest of draws, double bed and a bedside table. The room has its own lock for your privacy. The room window faces North-West.

The property is an end of terrace Edwardian house with nice high ceilings and character features. A small garden with a smoker + kettle BBQ’s, with seating. A large kitchen, open plan living room/ dining room.

Location wise, it's right in the middle of Poole/Bournemouth. There are three supermarkets, soon to be four within a 5-minute walk. There's also a very good gym within 5 minutes. Although the area has a lot of traffic, the road the house is on is very quiet and there's a short walk to Penn Hill and the woods to the beach.

Broadband is Gigabit Virgin.

You will have your own off-street parking space however this will be shared. There’s plenty of parking on the road (typically)

You'll be sharing with me, Nick (32) and Cameron (24). I work from home.

I own the house and I'm a live-in landlord. I'm a pretty relaxed guy to live with but I do expect lodgers to be tidy enough and keep the bathroom clean for everyone else.

Just to note I will occasionally have a black lab at the house as I share the dog with my parents.
