Single Room in central Poole

Added an image because I’ve been getting requests - understandably! There will be a single bed, the white office desk and computer will be moved out … but it basically gives you an idea of the space.

I have a sunny, south facing flat in the middle of poole. Moments from the boating lake / poole park and the edge of the harbour. 3 mins walk to poole bus station and about 10 mins to the train station.

I have had lodgers for the last 5 years but for the past few months have been working from the second bedroom. I will be adding pictures soon!

The room has a Juliette balcony with, single bed, wardrobe, bookshelf and writing desk.

There is a little house cat here, she’s lovely and demands cuddles most of the day so you would need to be happy with that. She wouldn’t want any other pets in the house.

Your flatmate -
I work in marketing, usually a couple of days a week from the office and a couple of days a week from home. I’ll be working in the kitchen / living room area.
I spend weekends either working on projects or out with a local hiking club or at the gym. I’m not a big drinker but do occasionally.
I also have a jewellery business and sometimes spent my evenings making things in the living room.

It is possible to get parking permits each day costing about £2.50.

Bills are included - heating, water, electric.
Council tax to be discussed.

I would like someone professional who keeps their home clean and tidy.

Unfortunately I am unable to accommodate:
- other pets
- children
- over night stays
- parties
