The house is fully furnished with a stylish decor. There are three large HD TVs with surround sound system in the shared lounge. The well-stocked kitchen and utility room has a large fridge/freezers, double oven, induction hob, microwave oven, washing machine & dryer and well stocked with crockery/cutlery/pots etc.. Outside, there is a well-kept garden and patio.

The house is 15 mins by bike (3 miles) from Poole town centre and 10-15 mins by car (6 miles) from Wimborne or Bournemouth. There is a regular bus service into town and also hourly service into Bournemouth via tower park. The house is close to a small fishing lake and is a great place to start running on the heath. It is also 5 minutes walk to a modern Lidl store, or less than 5 minutes by car to Asda or two Tesco stores as you prefer. There is free parking on the drive or in the cul-de-sac plus space for bikes in the garage.

All utility bills including broadband are included. A regular cleaning charge may apply (post-covid), whilst everyone cleans as they go. Costs of sundry laundry / cleaning etc items to be shared.
