I have a suite of 2 rooms with an en-suite bathroom available in my home in Westbourne. The main bedroom available will have a new and unused double bed, and is a spacious room. The second room (pictured with current decor) currently has in it a wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. This would be a great office room. The two rooms are on the highest floor of the townhouse, so suite feels private. Main bedroom is lockable from inside. I am happy to discuss furnishing needs and / or remove unwanted furniture. The rest of the house is beautifully furnished. The house backs onto the Coy Ponds with views of it in the bedroom and the Kitchen / Diner. There is also a gym in the basement.

The pictures do not do this suite of rooms justice and the house is well worth viewing if you are interested.

House includes use of the Dish washer and Miele Washer / Dryer. There is ample extra storage space and access to your own large PARKING SPACE.

Roommate is a male, very friendly. It will also remain my main residence, although I work and will often stay in London so will not be around much. Please note I have a cocker spaniel who is also likely to be at house on occasion. You would have a family house shared between two people, which feels very spacious.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED, and part of the cost of the room above will be put towards bills and utility (house is council tax band E for reference).

Listed as Poole as Poole postcode, but to reference location:
- 5 min drive / 25 min walk into Bournemouth Town Centre
- 15 min walk into Westbourne Town centre
- 10 min walk to Branksome station

This suite is ideal for an individual looking for a large amount of their own space and storage in a central location.
