I have a beautiful furnished double / twin room in a 2 bed new build appartment on the Poole Quarter development in the Baiter Park area of Poole. Bedroom currently furnished with 2 x single beds and wardrobe (I would be prepared to provide double bed for any let longer than 6 months). With exclusive use of own bathroom, all mod cons, bills included, internet connection, own TV. My home is clean, warm and comfortable, situated within walking distance of Poole town centre, bus and train station and near the sea!!! There is plenty of visitor car parking available on the development, and also a parking permit system available through Poole Council. Bike storage is available. I work full time as a manager in the local area and am out and about most evenings. When at home I enjoy normal everyday stuff, watching TV, cooking and having a chat. I'm looking to share my home with a similar person, somebody who just wants a warm comfortable home to come home to after a long day at the office!!! I am looking for a non smoker, who appreciates a clean tidy home, likes a chat but also respects privacy.
