For rental is a large double bedroom with ensuite and balcony. The bedroom is on the top floor of the house and very private. The property is a semi detached 3 bed house located nearby to Ashley Cross, with Poole less than 5mins away and central Bournemouth around 15mins. We have Poole park and lake on our door step and an easy 5-10 minute stroll to the lovely cafes, shops and restaurants in Ashley Cross. The beaches are a few miles away. Close to Parkstone and Poole train stations and many bus routes along our road and nearby. Parking is available along our road 6pm-8am Monday to Friday, with a 2 hour limit at other times.

The room has an ensuite bathroom with shower, comes fully furnished with kingsize bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as a full Sky Q subscription and unlimited broadband. Storage space will be provided.

We are looking to rent this room out Monday - Friday, for £550pcm inclusive of all bills (not including food), for a 3-6 month period (will extend period if both parties are happy to do so after 6 months)

We are friendly professionals who enjoy quiet relaxed evenings either walking our puppy or watching something on the TV. We are looking for a like minded, full time professional.
