Pets have been previously agreed by the landlord but would need prior notification to run this by him again, dogs would be required to stay in the kitchen & utility room as there are new carpets throughout.
Minimum term is 6 months, shorter let's may be considered, references required.
The current tenants: we are both hardware design engineers working and living in shaftesbury, we're both very easy going and easy to get on with. We've lived in this house for a few months now and have decided it would be a good idea to rent out the 3rd room so we look forward to hearing from you!
