Female preferred single bed small room

Myself (26) and my current lodger (female - 19) live in my 3 bedroom semi detached house. We are both working professionals.

I am currently renovating the home so the bedroom for this advertisement will be full decorated with new carpets in due course. The room has a single bed with room underneath. Will be having a new wardrobe from ikea coming. And there is a new bedside set of drawers coming too.

There is room for under bed storage and there is cupboard for storage outside of the bedroom which we all share. There is spare in the bathroom for storage and downstairs.

We are a working household. This isn’t a property for having friends over regularly or for late night noise.

We are two friendly girls and looking for someone to join us in our living arrangement!

Currently the pictures are not up to date with the room as I am in the process of awaiting the delivery of the new furniture! There will be a repaint of the bedroom in the next month and new blinds and carpet will be coming in the next few months also.
