Hi there,
I have a furnished double room (double bed, desk and clothes rail) available for a Monday-Friday rent in a fab location in Sherborne just off the A30 and 2 minutes walk to town.
The property is a modern build 2 bed which I am currently in the process of putting the finishing touches of decoration to (don't worry- it's not a building site!). Kitchen, lounge and bathroom will be shared with myself. I am self employed and work from home but gym train every week night so I'm out of the house between 5-7pm so you will most likely have the pleasure of coming home to some initial peace and quiet!
I am quite relaxed in terms of length of stay and who you are as a housemate as long as you are considerate and relaxed, but someone with a sense of humour would be great. I would ideally like someone on a month to month basis, but I understand that contracts can be cut at short notice so I'm happy to be flexible.
If you have any further questions then please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Thanks,
Sophie
