As stated, your room is a huge double bed/living room (it's very large). It is clean and bright, with lots of light and space. The price for this room is £850pcm for an individual, inclusive of all bills & council tax - Band B.
You have a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, desk and a bedside table.

The property is a refurbished 3-bedroom Victorian, ground-floor flat with a front and back garden, high ceilings, good size kitchen/breakfast room, laminate wooden floors, and a friendly, relaxed and homey atmosphere in a non-smoking house.
In the flat there is a shower room with toilet and basin and next to it is a utility room with a washing machine, Belfast sink and an extra toilet. There is also a spacious kitchen with basic facilities supplied & direct access from outside.
The flat is 15 minutes’ walk from Southbourne Beach, which is sandy and beautiful. It's also just down the road from Southbourne High Street and only a few minutes’ walk from all the shops and local conveniences you could want, including a Co-Op, Tesco’s Express and a wide selection of Cafés, Restaurants, a couple of pubs, bus stops and a library. Every ten minutes there is a bus to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole, etc.
It's also only 15 minutes’ walk away from Pokesdown Train Station, with regular trains to Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton, London, etc.
