The room is on the first floor at front of property. Completely brand new furniture and new bedding. Room contains a desk for anyone working from home. Large fitted wardrobe and extra storage under the bed.
Bathroom is next to the room and has an electric power shower so always hot!
Kitchen is fully equiped and includes a professional coffee machine.
Access to the rear garden.
Myself and my wife live here with our little dog. My wife works mainly in Bournemouth on weekdays and i work from home in the spare room on weekdays. Weekends off and we enjoy days out and time spent watching tv at home most evenings.
We both appreciate our privacy and especially our bedtime routine. 11pm lights out and no noise. This is really our only rule.
I am a keen cook but happy to share the kitchen space. Your room does include a small kettle and mini fridge though for convenience.
Plenty of off road parking available. Quiet neighbourhood. Sainsburys 10 minute walk away.
We have been renting our spare room for years and find that introverts are best suited to living with us so if you like your space and a bit of peace and quiet then we are the right fit for you.
