The house is situated five minutes drive and 40 minutes walk from Lyme Regis.
The petrol station, a 5 minute walk down the lane is also a fully stocked grocery.
The price stated includes all bills with £50 of electricity .
There is a place for parking
The couple in the adjoining part of the house are in their mid 30’s and are warm and highly respectful.
