A beautiful double room available to rent in a shared house with three other females, all working professionals.

Driveway with parking available. There is large rear garden with a shed with space for storage.

The house backs onto Upton Country Park, a gorgeous location. There is a nearby bus stop within walking distance with good connections to Poole and surrounding area. The local shops and Costa are only a 5 minute walk away and a cycle route is on our doorstep which gets you to Poole train station in a leisurely cycle along Holes Bay.

There is a shared open plan kitchen/lounge area with a large dining table which looks onto the back garden. There is a downstairs WC and laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer all inclusive in rent.

Upstairs is a shared bathroom with bath and shower facilities.

The spacious room is upstairs looking out to the back garden. Double bed, chest of drawers and built in mirrored door wardrobe all included. The room will be available from the 01/08/22. £550/calendar month all bills included. Fast internet connection available. The open living space has a 50 inch smart TV. The room also has access for a TV.

We are looking for a friendly housemate with like minded interests ideally. We are all quite outdoorsy. Equally we all like to have our own space. We all share house cleaning duties on a weekly rota and all like to leave the kitchen space and bathrooms clean for each other to use comfortably. We also are keen on recycling properly and would want a similar housemate in these respects.

We are ideally looking for anyone who works in Social Care, Care Work, Teaching, Armed Forces Police or any Emergency Services- someone who is CRB/DBS cleared, but this is not essential.

Happy for a smoker or non-smoker but no smoking inside the house.
