Spacious comfortable cottage two minutes walk from beach and town, share large lounge/diner ( Size over 20 feet x 13 feet )(Over 6 mtrs x 4 mtrs )
Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, two fridges, Freezer, microwave, etc, door to decking area on first floor and also yard on ground floor.
Large 42" TV with talk talk TV package, wireless broadband included as are all bills. Rates, electric and gas etc.

There is a bathroom and also a shower room each with toilet in, gas central heating, . Must be tidy people and working. Parking permit needed, Sharers share kitchen sitting/dining room etc, The large sitting room has two three seat sofas, etc. The house is one minute walk from the sandy beach and esplanade and 2 mins walk from town. The station and the bus station are 5 mins walk away. There are lots of takeaways within a short walk including two Mac donalds and a KFC.

The room to let is on the second floor and has a single bed, Wardrobe, chest of drawers plus bedside drawers etc, also with Yale lock on the door of the room, so you have your own key to your room.

Sorry no pets or people that have small children or babies.

The person that takes any of the rooms must be tidy and clean and help keep the house clean and tidy with the other sharers.

Although initially we say six months, this is normally renewable after each six month period.

This room is for a single person only.

Please check on parking with council as you may or may not be able to get a parking permit to park outside, the car park is close by and there is street parking not far away. One hour otherwise ok in daytime.
