I am a 29 year old professional female seeking a house lodger. The house has a front garden, kitchen, lounge, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and south facing back garden, with a shed, in a lovely quiet location with an allocated parking space. You will be renting a double bedroom with use of the house, loft, garden, shed and allocated parking space. I am looking for someone who will respect the house whilst I am there and away. Alongside, I am clean, tidy, organised and looking for an individual who is professional and likeminded. I also have a very friendly and well behaved pet male dog, who is house trained, called Spennie. The house is fully furnished and has WiFi. The entire house has been re-decorated and had new flooring throughout therefore, for a quick response, a viewing is highly recommended. Finally, I would also consider weekly payments of £156 P/W if you’re not able to commit to monthly payments.
