Double room available in friendly Victorian family house on main road ( near bus route) in Wimborne. As this is an old house unfortunatly there are no en- suites but there are two bathrooms on same floor as the available room. This is a good sized double room at a reasonable price compared with others in this area. All bills included and super fast broadband. If you are looking g for a nice room in a clean house, sharing with friendly people then look no further.
We are looking for a respectful tenant who is welcome to share the kitchen facilities to cook meals (but should be clean and tidy) and use the washing machine . We share space in the fridge and offer space in the kitchen to store your food. The room is fully furnished with a double bed...wardrobe and large desk and all bedding is provided unless you wish to use your own.
At present the house is occupied by myself, my partner, one of my daughters, as well as other friendly lodgers (currently all Male).
There is also an attractive garden which you are welcome to use when the weather is good enough. We are looking for a friendly person who will be able to relax and get on with the rest of the crew.
It is possible to walk along the river to Eaton if you have a contract there (as some previous tenants have had) and it takes between 10-15mins to do so.
If your needs are slightly different please don't hesitate to text or e-mail as I would be happy to be flexible for the right person. At present I have listed the cost as a monthly amount but am happy to be paid weekly if this is more convenient...
We are happy to welcome smokers or non smokers but smoking is outside only. This room would suit someone working in the area who needs a room Monday to Friday but could be used 7 days a week too. Parking is available in the nearby side streets.
Also we have two cats you will come across in the shared areas of the house or in the garden...
