Large double bedroom in 2 bed flat

The Bedroom

Large, fully furnished, double bedroom available in newly renovated flat, bills included, but there's no WiFi or TV as I use data on my phone & don't watch TV. If you wanted to set this up yourself, that's no problem. I usually stream things on my laptop.

Room comes with a double bed, 1x bed side table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a parking space on the front which I'd be happy to share on a rota'd basis or there is on road parking in side streets.

I'm pretty clean and tidy, enjoy peace and quiet (not a big person for going out although I do occasionally). My hobbies are weightlifting, paddle boarding, swimming and reading. I work shifts, including overnight stays so am often staying away for work for long stints, so you would have the whole place to yourself at times.

I have a cat called Teddy, he's very affectionate & would probably want cuddles from you so if you're not into cats, it's probably not for you😂

Room available from 1st July but potentially a week earlier if you needed to move sooner.
