The residing tenant is a Sports Management student who is really friendly, confident and outgoing. He mainly keeps to himself but keeps the common areas clean and tidy. He likes to go out, yet he is still very sociable and will make you feel welcome. He has a girlfriend who does come around, however she is nice and they mainly stay in their room.
