Double room available in a 4 bed detached house in Winton. The property is located in a good area, close to a high street which has plenty of shops, supermarkets, pubs, coffee shops, restaurants etc and bus links into the centre of Bournemouth.

The property has a good sized kitchen which includes a fridge/freezer. dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom is one of the largest in the house and includes a double bed, large 4 door wardrobe, a 2 seater sofa and a desk and chair. The garden consists of a patio area, with a grass area at the bottom, a BBQ and a large shed.

Parking is available on the street with no need for a permit, 2 of the other tenants have cars and have not struggled with parking close to the property.

The other tenants are all second year students, professionals and students are welcome. I no longer require the tenancy due to personal reasons.

The rent is £425 a month + bills.

The tenancy runs until mid-August and October rent has been paid for. Move in can be ASAP.
