Electricity and Gas bills are not included. It's around £20-30 per month per person.
Around 12 minutes walk to Bournemouth University (Talbot Campus) and 2 minutes walk to Winton shops and bus stops.
The flat is well equipped with a fitted kitchen, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave and wifi.
