Single Room to Rent

Hi! We are a couple, and a friend who occupy 2 of our 3 rooms. 2 of us work at Monkey World and one with Dogs Trust. (We love animals). We have a single room to let out in the lovely village of wool. Our house is a nice size, shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and downstairs toilet, and nice sized garden. I do work from home and will be in the living room working during the day, so the resident must be ok with this. It is a lovely quiet area, and we are pretty chilled bunch. I'll admit we are not party animals, we have an old dog called Kiba, so unfortunately, as much as we love animals, we can not take a cat or another dog. Other types of pets may be considered. We have a lot of reptiles too, including leopard geckos, bosc monitor and a corn snake. We are looking for someone reasonably quiet (at least at night time), friendly, loves animals and tidy. Let us know if you are interested to come see the room, (or just meet Kiba!) If you get in touch I am more of a fan of a text, as I tend not to answer unknown numbers.

We are very climate aware, try to keep plastic use down and watch our energy use, this also helps to keep bills down. 2 of us are vegan too.

The room is unfurnished and will available around the start of December, specific date to be discussed.
