Room to let must be a dog loving person

Looking for a lodger after becoming single . I run a dog grooming business and dog breeding business from home most the dogs are out side but few oldies in the house so must be a dog lover oh and 1 cat .I am very house proud and keep my home clean and tidy and smelling fresh I would expect a lodger to help maintain that . I do get family staying at times but my family are easy to get on with . The property is a very old building and still needs some external renovations but inside is nearly complete . I do have one part time staff that uses the home for bathroom and to eat lunch but she gets on with every one . It's rare I leave the home for more then a hour with having the dogs to maintaine . It's a rural property and ten min drive to Lockerbie Town.
