Single occupancy only not to be shared. ( No visitors to stay overnight because of insurance policy).

The house has a secure garden, large dining-room which can be used for eating only . New modern kitchen, gas central heating, modern bathroom with a mixer shower, The property has high speed broadband. All utility bills are included on a fair use basis. Looking for someone who will be out at work every day.

Aldi supermarket is a few doors away. Off road parking.

With the Crichton Campus only 20 minute walk away Town Centre and railway station only a 15 minutes walk and the bus stop being right outside the building, it is easy to get around town. I’m easy to get on with and my ideal lodger would be someone who is tidy and respectful of others.
