The room is double sized with a window looking out onto the street. It comes with a large cupboard and a chest of drawers as well as a double bed and desk. The en suite has just been newly tiled and has both shower and bath. The flat itself is near the town centre, just outside the Lorebourn centre. It has a shared back garden and a small private garden.
I'm a neat person who quite likes my own space but also loves a good chat. If you are attending the local uni campus I can be quite helpful as I have just graduated from the primary teaching course.
The bills are included in the rent. I have sky tv, internet and landline.
