The house is fully double glazed, has gas central heating and Virgin broadband. Parking is on street but there’s always plenty of space. There’s a large back garden.

The house is in a very quiet area with excellent transport links (Singer and Dalmuir stations are within easy walking distance, main bus routes also very close) and amenities (shops, take aways and library at the end of the street, short walk to the shopping centre)

It’s near Golden Jubilee hospital and West College Scotland. 20 minutes drive to Glasgow city centre. 15 minutes from Glasgow Airport.
