I put this advert up due to my current flat mate leaving to go to another part of Scotland for a new job.
The flat is 2 bedrooms located right in the centre town of Helensburgh so is handy for everything especially if you don't drive, the train station is about a 3 minute walk away as well as Tesco and all other shops you may require.
The flat of course is fully furnished already with nice decor. The price you see is the price for all bills split equally. That includes Fiber optic broadband, council tax, rent etc...
I am a very relaxed chilled out person who is easy to get on with and have a good laugh. I also like to keep the place fairly clean! I work full time just now with shifts that rotate from morning to evening.
