Room near Faslane & Helensburgh (1 hr to Glasgow)

Hello potential lodger we are looking to rent one of our rooms short-term up to 3 months. House is currently for sale.

We are a quirky gay couple living in a five bedroom house looking out to the Gareloch with our 4 well behaved loving pets. If you are not a cat or dog person then this isn't for you.

We have a large garden and the rocky beach is across the road if you like the outdoors.

You will have use of shared showeroom in the house (shared with 1 other ). We have one bedroom on offer that has a small wardrobe, set of drawers and a double bed as well as space for a desk or an armchair. Linen and towels can be provided when needed. There is a separate lounge and dining space for lodgers with TV and sky box.

The local Coop is a short drive away. Buses are every hour going in both directions. Helensburgh is 20 mins drive and Glasgow is an hour or so drive (2 hrs on public transport). We have plenty of parking.

We are looking for one person to join a respectful household and you'd be expected to clean the areas that you use - bedroom, bathroom etc.

We would require a reference and small deposit along with first months rent before moving in.
