There is a cctv in operation to the front of the house and a private lane at the back. The views of the rheidol river and the town attracts any age. Pen Dinas and neighbouring Tanybwlch beach are about 10 minutes in walking distance. The harbour and south beach are about 5 minutes walk from the house.
There is plenty of storage in this house with a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The property has double glazing and gas central heating. An additional electric heater is also provided in this room as a standby. There are two toilets and the upstairs bath has both hand shower controlled by gas central heating and an electric shower as a standby.
