A furnished bedroom will soon be available for single occupancy in shared house within walking distance of Glangwili Hospital and Carmarthen Town Centre.
This end of terrace house has 2 bathrooms and a shared kitchen/lounge with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezers, and washing machine. There is a second sitting room. All comfortably furnished. All radiators throughout the house have individual thermostatic controls
The Room has a small double bed (not a single) and has a combined wardrobe/drawers/dressing table, and also bedside drawers with bedside lamp.
As some of the tenants often work nights, the windows have blackout blinds in addition to the curtains. A duvet, 2 pillows, and 2 sets of bedlinen will be provided for both rooms.
There are showers in both bathrooms.
The rent is payable in advance and includes gas, electricity, water, WIFI and rates(band B).
The house has easy access to a lovely public park behind the house with views over the River Towy.
A female would be preferred as the other housemates are female.
